The manipulator is designed for taking KRAO samples from tanks. The required sampling depth is optional.
It consists of a stainless steel body in which a winch with a controlled electric drive, a device for decontamination of the inner surface, a sampling probe, a control system, a control panel and electrical equipment are located. Using a reel, the probe is lowered to the required depth of liquid in the tank. During lowering, the probe opens and closes during lifting and the removed medium is removed from the tank.
