Precise linear drive
The precise linear drive enables extremely precise positioning of various devices. For the positioning itself, it is possible for the customer to prepare a structure for mounting several drives, which will subsequently enable extremely accurate positioning in a 3D coordinate system.

- Load capacity of the drive at a dynamic load of 500 kg
- Load capacity of the drive at a static load of 800 kg
- Maximum achievable positioning accuracy in space when using several drives +/- 0.001 mm
Equipment of this type was used for a study within the CLIC project – Compact Linear Collider, for CERN, Geneva, for positioning cryomagnets weighing 15 tons.
