Heavy hydraulic manipulators
These are two-arm articulated manipulators with six degrees of freedom with electro-hydraulic drive and position servo control by means of a control arm with force feedback.
The load capacity of the equipment varies depending on the customer’s requirements from 100 to 2,000 kg, depending on the specific product variant.
The design can be stationary, mobile or suspended. The devices are capable of carrying various tools such as disc and belt grinders, a chopping pneumatic hammer, a cutting torch, a tanning torch and the like.

The use:
- in foundries (finishing of castings by burning castings, grinding, trimming, cleaning of castings with a stream of pressurized water)
- in metallurgy (selective burning of defects by gates, shotcreting of furnace linings, removal of molten metal from the furnace)
- in nuclear power plants (deployment of a remotely controlled mobile version
- in emergency situations for repairs performed by a gripper, cutting with hydraulic shears or other tools located on the chassis
- in the liquidation of nuclear power plant constructions by means of water jet cutting and circular sawing)
