The device can process liquid RAW by the vitrification method. Vitrification is a method of treating liquid radioactive waste generated during the operation of a nuclear power plant. The method consists in the production of special glasses or glass-ceramics from liquid radioactive waste and glassy materials at a temperature of 900 to 1 200 ° C. The advantage of the method is very low leachability and high volume reduction of the final product. The line is fully automatic, the control is in a remote control room.
